Terry Feltner

The world lost a wonderful man today. Terry Feltner has passed away. Terry meant so much to my family and I. He was one of the most selfless men I knew, he'd do anything for anyone no questions asked. So many childhood memories involve him. From spending the night on Christmas Eve helping my dad put together gifts from Santa to random drop in visits, those were the best.  Bailey and I loved him. You are missed by so many people already. I loved hearing stories of fun times him and my parents had. My favorite is the motorcycle story! Oh I'd laugh every time I heard it. The only thing that's making this easier is knowing he's no longer in pain. We love you man and we miss you so much!

Dan Wheldon

I sit here attempting to study for my finals and all I can think about is Dan Wheldon. It still seems like a big nightmare. Dan Wheldon can't be gone. It's not fair. I remember it like it was yesterday. I had to work the day of the Las Vegas race and I was pissed that I couldn't enjoy the last race with my family and friends. But I went to work anyway, because that is what a responsible adult does. I work at a kiosk so it is easy for me to check things on the internet. Well this particular day I was a little busy with customers so I didn't get to start the radio broadcast on time. I think I tuned in on lap 10, it was right before the horrid accident happened. After the accident happened I knew something was wrong, I felt it in the pit of my stomach. I called my family constantly, tweeted, and facebooked. At this point work was the last thing on my mind. 7 Day Detox

So I'm starting my 7 day detox program through Genesis Pure. Instead of using their shakes I will be using Shakeology that I already have. I'm very excited/nervous about this because I've never done any sort of a detox. That being said I think it will go very well, and I'm not doing this to just 'loose weight' I'm doing it to flush my body of all the toxins I've ingested in the last few months during my hiatus of healthy living. I will say though I did weigh myself because I was curious to see how much weight I had gained, to my surprise I only gained 3.5 pounds in 3 months, so that's pretty okay if you ask me. I know that's no excuse for my hiatus but I'm blessed that it was only 3.5 pounds, because it could have been a lot worse! So I'm looking forward to this detox and eating

I realize I just posted, but I have more to say...

There are many things that I don't often talk about, however, I feel the urge to talk about some of these things. For starters, this may seem really lame but I just want to get it out. I'm 22, will be 23 in six months, and I have never been on a date. See I told you lame. But as lame as that may be, I'm perfectly fine with that. A year ago, even 6 months ago I would have been embarrased to admit that. I am waiting on that 'right guy' which may or may not exsist. I know that no guy or person for that matter is perfect, but it is not about being perfect it is about feeling perfect around that person. I feel like I may have found this guy. The guy that makes me feel perfect in every way imaginable. There is just a small problem. We live an hour apart, and I hate that. I wish we lived closer so I could see if this guy is really the guy for me, but all signs point to yes.  But for now, I'm just gonna have to trust that everything will work out the way it's s
