7 day detox Update

Today is the last day of my detox so I will be posting the final update tomorrow! I do feel a lot better about myself I do know that! I'm not as bloated as  I was prior to the  detox, which is awesome!  I can't wait to see my final results tomorrow!!!

It's funny the way life works.

It happened again he comes back into my life during all the right times. I just hope this time neither one of us will leave each other. Yes, it has been roughly 4 years since I've seen him in person, and that just means we are both different people than we were before, more mature. We know what we want, and I really hope we get the chance to be in a relationship again, after all he was the last person I had a relationship with. Matt Little

  Matt Little My dear friend Matt Little moved to Milwaukee, WI yesterday. Matt came into my life 4 years ago while living at Sycamore Place Apartment in Terre Haute. I'm so glad he introduced himself to Kayla and I, and at this point he was just visiting, he hadn't even moved into the apartments yet. However, when he did fate would have it that he would be living right across the parking lot from Kayla and I's apartment. In these 4 years Matt has become my best friend, and I'm so thankful for that. He has such a bubbly, goofy personality. He can always put me in a good mood, especially when I'm feeling down. He has the best personality and has brought so much joy and excitement into my life, and has opened my eyes to many things!  We have both changed a lot in the past few years but we have grown closer as friends. 5 more pounds

Well I just recently weighed myself and I have lost 5 more pounds for a total of 15. I couldn't be happier. :) I'm so excited, I still crave some junk food every now and then but I don't buy it. I'm using the "out of sight out of mind" method and it is working good. But I'm also eating a lot more healthier. I walked to class yesterday and didn't get out of breath once. I still have a long ways to go, but I'm glad I'm finally able to do it. Now, I just have to work on a few more things aka study habbits for next semester and I will be good to go. :)
