Update

So on my 7 day detox I lost 6.8 pounds! Which is awesome!! I also lost an inch on my hips and half an inch on my waist!
Monday I started a new workout program which is called Slim in 6 by Debbie Siebers. I'm on day 3 and so far I'm really enjoying it. The first day was a little difficult, not only because it was a new program but because it is so different from what I've done in the past. But I'm really enjoying it and will keep y'all updated on this as well. :)
