New Years
Two more days and it's 2012. This honestly one of my favorite times of the year. Because a new year can mean a new you.. 2012 is going to be that year for me. I have already made a huge lifestyle change and will continue to make necessary ones in the new year. This year I am not calling them resolutions because I never stick to them. This time I'm just calling them necessary changes, because in all reality that's what they are. I'm not making unrealistic ones either. Right now my biggest lifestyle change was to start eating healthier quit eating the junk food. My change/goal for the new year is to get back down to my weight before college as of right now I have 40 more to go. Those of you who know me know that I have always struggled with my weight. Well it's no more. I'm sick of feeling tired all the time and I hate walking to class a 15 minute walk and being out of breath that's not normal. I'm tired of being unhealthy and out of shape and overweight....
