Weightloss

I'm just full of words tonight. There isn't much to say on my journey with wightloss right now. So far I have changed my eating habbits and eating only when I'm hungry. So far I have lost 10 pounds! I have slowly been incorporating exercise into my daily routine. 10 pounds may not be that much but I feel so much better about myself and I can't wait to continue on with this journey. :)
